美國英語(AmE)與英國英語(BrE)形式上的明顯區(qū)別就是美國英語比較生動活潑，簡潔實用。一是通常省字母，judgement在美國英語中即為judgment;再例如，honour，在美國英語中為honor。二是按字母發(fā)音來拼寫單詞，recognise是英國英語的拼法，s在此發(fā)z的音，到了美國英語中，該單詞拼寫為recognize。

【譯】如果某項信息的漏報或錯報可能影響財務報表使用者依據(jù)財務報表作出的經濟決策，則該項信息通常被認為是重大的。
67.audit documentation 審計工作底稿
e.g. The term “audit documentation” refers to the record of audit plans development, audit procedures performed, relevant audit evidence obtained, and conclusions the auditor reached.
【譯】審計工作底稿，是指注冊會計師對制定的審計計劃、實施的審計程序、獲取的相關審計證據(jù)，以及得出的審計結論作出的記錄。
