　　動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)，作為21世紀(jì)最具潛力的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，如今越來(lái)越多地受到各方的關(guān)注和重視。美國(guó)、日本以及韓國(guó)憑借其自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，占領(lǐng)了全球動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的三甲位置。近年來(lái)，在國(guó)家政策支持、國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)拓等有利因素的推動(dòng)下，中國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)了發(fā)展的新時(shí)期。但目前來(lái)看，我國(guó)的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)還處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段，存在許多不足之處。產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完善、人才資源結(jié)構(gòu)性短缺、國(guó)內(nèi)需求流失等問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重阻礙著中國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度分析了世界動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的概況，探析了中國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒動(dòng)漫發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出適合我國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。

　　ABSTRACT

　　Animation industry has been being paid more and more attention by all walks of life as the most potential industry in 21st century. America, Japan and Korea are the three leading countries in animation industry with their own advantages. In the resent several years, animation industry in China has reached his arms to a new developing period with the help of regulations of our country and opening up of domestic market and other favorable elements. However, from what we can see nowadays, the animation industry in our country still in the developing period, which has many things to be modified. Obstructions that hold back the development of animation industry in China include many problems, such as imperfection of Industry chain, a structural shortage of talent resources and the loss of domestic demand. This thesis analyzes the general situations of promotion of animation industry around the world from the economic aspect, exploring and analyzing present situation and existing problems of animation industry in China. Take those what have been mentioned above as foundation to draw on successful experience of developed countries and bring up some development countermeasures that can help to improve animation industry in China.
